IGNITE
A small group personal trainer led progressive course that ignites your energy levels, develops your functional fitness and sculpts your body.
Combining low impact movements with functional strength exercises and mobility movements.
IGNITE will ensure you maintain the correct intensity during workouts needed to decrease body fat, increase muscle tone and build functional strength.
A new IGNITE season is released every 8 weeks. IGNITE is suitable for all levels.
MAT PILATES
Pilates is a very precise practice that aims to organize the body and optimize its movements. The low-impact form of training allows us to focus on your core strength, whilst also promoting a healthy ranges of motion within the entire body. Come and take care of your boy with us in this hour, you will be sure to feel energized and refreshed after this session.
BOX:HiiT
BOX HiiT is a non-sparring small group training session, designed to improve mobile strength and power, build endurance and burn fat, while enabling you to develop boxing technique and skill improvement.
During each session you will alternate between movement training, boxing drills and conditioning exercises.
HYBRID
Hybrid training is a method of training where we will increase both your strength and endurance performance using two different training methods. Let’s combine some quality heavy lifting with some real cardio and get that lean athletic body we all dream about.
KETTLEBELL KLUB
45 minutes of everything Kettlebell. Come to our class and master all techniques used with a kettlebell. Kettlebell Klass will be a strength based class, lifting weights that challenges the muscular system. But it will also target cardio too.
LAB:TABATA
Consisting of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off interval.
Our extended Tabata workout (32-minutes of exercise) is not for the faint hearted. This session targets the full-body with each exercise being performed for a total of four minutes, alternating between 20 seconds of high intensity and 10 seconds of rest.
This session will have you exercising at 70 to 85 percent of your maximum heart rate which will also trigger the ‘Afterburn Effect’ meaning you’ll still be increasing your metabolic rate and burning calories post-workout…and who doesn’t want to burn fat while they sleep?!
BURN
A small group personal trainer led progressive 8-week programme that’s not for the faint-hearted, BURN is where athletes are created.
Using athletic movement and high-intensity functional strength exercises our expert team will coach and motivate you every step of the way, helping you to burn body fat and achieve increased muscle mass and energy levels.
A new BURN season is released every 8 weeks.
